Tribble pael a with regular rice, never ever again
Super friendly, very tasty, gladly again 👍😎😋
Small, somewhat inconspicuous tapas bar in a side street in downtown Heidelberg. Very tasty tapas - especially the small homemade meatballs in tomato sauce. We ate the best grilled pulpo in Germany there; Number 1 remains the pulpo from "Casa do Polvo" in the Algarve in Portugal;) A nice young man served us and a creative and motivated cook spontaneously conjured up two small chocolate tarts as a surprise for our 3rd wedding anniversary (which were not on the menu at all). The waitress also worked very hard and was able to get a couple of scoops of ice cream from the ice cream parlor next door in addition to sparklers. We were very pleased. Thank you for the effort that is not taken for granted and the super surprise dessert :)
A pleasure every time. We are always guests in the tapa bar and the quality of the food is always impeccable. The pulpo in particular is super tasty and should never be missing from our order. Also as catering, which we like to use for birthdays or other celebrations, is highly recommended. Friends and relatives are delighted every time.
Long waiting times and the Portions have become considerably smaller. You could think that the baguette was used the previous day & was put back in the oven. The blast, especially because it costs extra.
Very nice service. Really good and authentic tapas. Good price-performance ratio. Always my pleasure :)
Very nice people, excellent food and very cozy. Simply bomb 💣
Lovingly run tapas bar. Small but nice! The tapas are all homemade and the ajoli is awesome. The "Russian salad" (typically Spanish potato salad) tastes like in the south. Anyone who loves something special is in good hands here. Those who prefer "bagged products" should go somewhere else. We love La Tapa!
Gusto cómo mierda Full of anticipation for Spanish tapas we entered “la tapa”. But our expectations were quickly destroyed. Even the wine that was served in different mismatched glasses did not taste satisfactory. With every sip, a shiver came over me. There was no lovely wine to choose from. The menu is generally very confusing. When ordering the “small tapas plate”, a dirty plate was initially provided and the incompetent staff did not apologize for it. The “specialties” of the plate are all from the glass or the can and taste exactly like that. Even the little bread tasted like it was two days old. The patatas bravas came way too late and we knew straight away why: they had to be taken out of the freezer and heated in the oven. Even Mc Donalds' potatoes are better. A short time after eating I felt sick. I have never eaten so disgusting in my life. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this restaurant.
very tasty very cozy
Miserable tapas bahr. Waited 1 hour for the meal. Although we were 4 people in total in the restaurant. Half of the order did not arrive at all. The shrimp taste like they come out of an Aldi bag. I don't have to leave any money there. I don't know how they can stay afloat. So my clear recommendation is. Avoid the store. Strange example. If you want to eat tapas. That should go to fantasy land. And go to the tapas bahr at Chiapas. The difference is so huge. I can put that into words. And considering that this is an amusement park restorant. Now sit opposite in the Vetters old brewery. Next time we wait directly before trying something new.
Small, clear tapas bar. Large selection of tapas. Good wine. Highly recommended in summer: homemade sangria. In winter it is the mulled wine you have made yourself Staff friendly, many regular guests, you know each other ...
Very nice service and great food! Our paella 🥘 with chicken instead of seafood was fantastic and the portion was absolutely sufficient and beautifully presented. If you don't take something home with you, you eat in a small, stylish restaurant in the middle of Heidelberg's old town.
I liked the atmosphere very much, and you care a lot about the guests. I would have imagined one or the other tapa more authentically, but that's just a matter of taste. I will go there again, claro!
Small, cozy and family. Very tasty tapas, good wine and substantial cocktails. This year we were in Tapa for the New Year's Eve menu and it was exquisite. Incredibly good deer back - I could have eaten five steaks! The other courses were well prepared and combined. And also on the peculiarities of the guests, for example. Allergies, was respected and received. Great owners and excellent service. Again any time :)
La tapas looks as if a hobby restaurateur wanted to open a tapas bar. One half of the tapas are fried, the other half are so well. The aioli for example tasted of rancid butter, our ordered calamares were forgotten but later on the bill anyway. Oh yes the bill the bill consists of a waiter goat on the everything together reasonable bill with tax number etc. does not exist. The guest room has felt 20 m² while we were served we could count a total of three people who did something behind the bar, yet it was apparently not possible for the three people to serve all six guests reasonably.
Nice little tapas bar located directly on the Steingasse to the bridge gate. Nice to sit outside in the evening, watch people and enjoy some spanish specialties. Unfortunately, no comparison to tapas bars in Spain, but for Germany completely i.O.
Super
The quality of the food is disgusting. They use normal oil instead of olive oil, the tomato sauce is not even house-made
Super delicious, great service and good prices .... Always recommended !!! ... We had many different tapas which were all excellent!
Small, cozy tapas bar. A few seats indoors and outside in summer. Prices okay, service very friendly.
Had a white German sausage strange to my mouth but great tasting. Nice ambience in the sun.
The food is very tasty, unfortunately long waiting times, although there wasn't much going on when we ordered. After that, meals that we had ordered were forgotten and only brought back after a long wait. Too bad. Tasty tapas, however, are very tasty.
Great place for eating Tapas and other traditional Spanish cuisine. Its location in the old part of Heidelberg in the pedestrian zone is well situated for walks through the city afterwards. It is a quaint little place so reservations might be prudent, as it is quite popular and does not have many tables.
One would have to write small but nice. The relatively small bar / restaurant is comfortably furnished, nice conditions even if a few small mistakes have occurred when ordering or when getting the dishes. Price performance are really good, food tasted great and you didn't have to wait that long. In short we would have a nice meal there. As a tip for the operation, maybe work on the processes.
Relax atmosphere. Great Tapas and good wine.
Food quality was mediocre, service unfriendly and inattentive! Cannot be recommended!
